1969 Chevron B8
One of only a handful of cars fitted from new with the Ford FVA 1600cc engine, likely used by Red Rose Racing, the Chevron Works team for International races during the ’69 season. Confirmed ownership chain and copy of the Chevron build record for the car, with letters on file. Very successful car in the ‘80s in the Atlantic Computers championship before having the engine switched to the more common BMW for the RJB Mining series in the ‘90s. These Chevron B8’s are always very popular and have a strong following. Some light recommissioning required as it hasn’t been used in a while but comes with a large amount of spares including wheels and bodywork.
