NEW LISTING FOR 2025: BRM P167 chassis number 01 currently being presented in the Alcan colours, and awaiting completion. Originally it competed in a plain white livery and was driven by Brian Redman, Howden Ganley, Helmut Marko, Vern Schuppan and David Hepworth. 1971 Race results: Imola driven by Brian Redman 1st place. Hockenheim driven by Brian Redman again 1st place. Laguna Seca Brian took 4th place. At Riverside Howden Ganley achieved a 3rd place podium. 1972 Race results: Nurburgring Howden Ganley 1st place, Imola Helmut Marko 7th place. Silverstone Howden Ganley DNF. Zeltweg Howden Ganley 1st. Hockenheim Howden Ganley DNF. Norisring Howden Ganley DNF. Keimola Howden Ganley 9th. Nurburgring Vern Schuppan DNS. Hockenheim Howden Ganley 16th. At the end of 1972 the entire Can am project was sold to David Hepworth the first planned race was to be Interlagos where the car was due to be driven by Carlos Pace, unfortunately the ship carrying the car suffered a fire and returned to Southampton. After repairs the car was driven by David Hepworth in the Inter-series in 1973, resulting with a 10th place at Imola. Silverstone DNS, Norisring came 10th and Hockenheim DNF.
